What case would be a good fit for my ATX build with three 140 mm fan rows?

I'm looking to replace my HYTE Y70 Touch with a case that fits my desk better. My system uses an ATX motherboard, an MSI Radeon RX 7900 XTX, and a 360 mm AIO, although I'm considering moving to a 420 mm radiator for additional cooling on my Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I already have 140 mm fans and would ideally like a case that can mount three of them in a row at the top, bottom, and side. The GPU mounting orientation is not important to me. A built-in fan hub would also be a major plus. What cases should I consider?

A few cases worth checking out are the Geometric Future Model 5, the 2025 NZXT H9 Flow, and the Thermaltake CTE T500 Air. They offer different layouts, so compare their radiator support, 140 mm fan mounting positions, GPU clearance, and included fan-control hardware before choosing.

If you’re thinking about upgrading from a 360 to a 420 mm AIO, it’s worth confirming what benefit you expect first. A 420 can provide more radiator area, but whether the difference is noticeable depends on your temperatures, noise targets, and the specific games you play.

The main reason is better cooling for my 9800X3D. A few games push it warmer than I’d prefer, so I’m hoping the larger radiator can help keep temperatures and fan noise under control.

You can narrow the search using a case compatibility filter for ATX cases that support 420 mm radiators. After that, check the detailed specifications manually, since some cases support a 420 mm radiator only in one location and may not have room for three 140 mm fans on every desired panel. Also verify whether a fan hub is included or needs to be purchased separately.
