How can I track when my emails are actually opened?

I'm running a logistics software startup and have been doing some cold outreach lately. I'm reaching out to operations managers and logistics leads directly. I've been experimenting with send times, but I'm getting mixed results—some replies come in at odd hours, while others just leave me hanging. I've been tracking email opens, but it's tough to tell whether they're actually reading my emails or just skimming through them.

For a bit of context, I use **Warpleads** for bulk lead generation and also get help from **Prospeo with Sales Navigator** for more specific roles or companies. Is there any tool or method that can help me get a clearer picture of when my emails are being opened? Or should I just rely on general patterns?

Have you thought about using Google Analytics? It can help track engagement, although it requires some setup.

You could try the method where you embed a 1x1 pixel image in your emails. It works by hosting that image on your server and tracking when it's accessed. Just make sure the image's URL is unique for each email. This way, you can see exactly when someone opens your email!

Yeah, I think this method could really give you some concrete data to work with!
