I'm having trouble finding an Intel Arc B580 at a reasonable price. The listings I've seen are around $410, which is outside my roughly $350 budget. Would the Arc B570 be a good choice, or should I consider an RX 9050 instead? I'm also open to used graphics cards if they offer better performance for the money.

Look for a used RX 6700 XT. Around this budget, it can offer excellent performance and usually has more VRAM than newer entry-level cards.
I’d avoid the RX 9050. If you choose the Arc B570, make sure your motherboard supports Resizable BAR, since Intel Arc cards rely on it for proper performance. A used RTX 2070 or RTX 3060 could also be worth considering in this price range.
Used GPUs are probably your best option here. Check local listings and reputable used retailers for cards like the RX 6700 XT, RTX 3060, or RTX 2070. Prices and availability depend heavily on where you live.
The B570 is reasonable if you need a new card right now, but stretching your budget by about $50–$60 for an RTX 5060 may be a better move. If you can wait and save more, an RX 9060 XT would give you a much stronger upgrade.
