I found an old TikTok account I created when I was about 12. I don't remember the username, password, email address, or phone number connected to it, but it contains suggestive content of me from that time. I want the account and videos removed, but regular reports haven't resulted in the account being taken down. What options do I have?

If recovery isn’t possible, contact TikTok through its official support and privacy-reporting forms. Explain that the content was created when you were a minor and include whatever evidence you have, such as the profile link, screenshots, approximate account-creation date, and proof that you’re the person shown. A report specifically involving images or videos made while underage may be handled differently from a normal account report.
Start by trying to identify the account. Search old emails, phone numbers, usernames, nicknames, or messages where you may have shared the profile. If you locate the username, use the account-recovery option and check any old email addresses or phone numbers for a reset link.
Without a username, profile link, or some way to verify ownership, support may not be able to locate the account. Try searching for distinctive phrases, old display names, or copies of the videos and images that might reveal the profile. Avoid publicly posting the username or images; provide them only through the platform’s official reporting process.

I tried the support form but didn’t receive a confirmation or ticket number. I’ll try again through the privacy and underage-content reporting options and include as much identifying information as I can.
