Considering your budget and needs, I might throw in a curveball and suggest a MacBook Pro too, particularly if you're open to switching to macOS. It’s been solid for creative work!
You could also check out used or refurbished Apple silicon MacBooks if you're open to that! They perform really well for design tasks.
I'd say go for the Lenovo Legion Slim 5! If you can upgrade to 32GB of RAM later, it will really enhance your performance for graphic design and 3D rendering.
