X570 Aorus Elite Suddenly Won’t Enter BIOS or Boot With Both RAM Sticks

My PC worked normally last night, but today it suddenly started showing a black screen during startup. After removing one RAM stick, it boots into Windows normally, but it will not start when both sticks are installed. I cleared the CMOS, waited several minutes, and replaced the motherboard battery, but I still can't enter the BIOS. The first boot after resetting CMOS showed the reset message, then the display went black again. Trying to enter UEFI through Windows Advanced Startup has the same result. I can use the computer with one stick of memory, but I can't access BIOS or Q-Flash to update the firmware. What should I try next?

If the system remains stable with one stick, you may be able to use Gigabyte’s Windows utilities to check for the BIOS update tool, but flashing from Windows is riskier than using Q-Flash. First confirm whether the second module or the motherboard slot is the actual fault by testing both sticks and both recommended slots individually.

Check whether Ultra Fast Boot or a similar fast-startup setting was enabled. On some Gigabyte boards, it can make the Delete key ineffective during startup and leave you unable to reach the firmware screen. Resetting CMOS should normally disable it, but try a wired keyboard, another USB port, and repeatedly tapping Delete immediately after powering on.

Test each RAM stick separately in the recommended slot, usually A2, and run a memory test such as MemTest86+. If one module fails to boot by itself, it may be defective. I would avoid flashing the BIOS until the memory problem is resolved.
