I recently deleted my entire photo library from my iPhone 8 to free up storage, but some of the pictures were important. I don't use cloud storage and never backed them up to a computer. Is there any way to recover them, especially if they're no longer in the Recently Deleted folder?

If the photos aren’t still in the Recently Deleted folder and you don’t have an iCloud, computer, or other backup, they’re generally not recoverable. Once permanently deleted, the iPhone doesn’t provide a normal way to restore them.
Would connecting the phone to a computer or using a jailbreak make recovery possible?
