I built my PC about a year ago with Windows 11. The shop originally installed an unauthorized copy of Microsoft Office, which stopped working after several months. Microsoft 365 was later installed, but I removed it because I didn't have a premium license. I then installed Office 2010 for basic Excel use, but it has stopped opening and now refuses to uninstall. I've tried Windows' normal uninstall process, Safe Mode, Microsoft's troubleshooting tool, and Revo Uninstaller. Each attempt causes the computer to restart immediately. What might be causing this, and what is the safest way to completely remove Office 2010?

Try running the original Office 2010 setup.exe again. It may offer options to repair, reinstall, or remove the installation. If repair is available, run that first and then try uninstalling Office normally. If the setup program cannot repair or remove it, avoid repeatedly forcing the uninstall and use Microsoft’s current Office removal tool or uninstall utility instead.

I tried running the setup again, but it still didn’t work and the computer restarted when I attempted the removal.
