I'm upgrading an eight-year-old PC and am considering the 16GB Radeon RX 9060 XT. My budget can stretch by no more than about $100 AUD, so I'm trying to work out whether this is the best choice or if another graphics card would offer better value. My main goal is to play Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p and 60 FPS with High settings and low-level ray tracing if possible. One review suggests the RX 9060 XT can manage that, while a couple of online performance calculators claim it cannot. Has anyone used this card, and how does it perform in practice?

The card also has enough headroom for higher resolutions. One owner reports using it with a 1440p ultrawide successfully, so at standard 1080p it should be a very comfortable choice.
Real-world reviews and game-specific benchmarks are much more useful than generic performance or bottleneck calculators. Look for RX 9060 XT 16GB reviews with detailed charts, or search for benchmarks using the exact game and resolution you care about. Based on the available testing, this card should comfortably meet your 1080p/60 target.
It's a very strong card for the price. The 16GB model should handle virtually any current game at 60 FPS, depending on how aggressively you raise the settings. It can even manage 1440p High settings around 60 FPS with FSR in many games.
The RX 9060 XT is more than capable for 1080p gaming. Cyberpunk should run around 60 FPS or higher at 1080p with High settings and some ray tracing enabled, especially with a few small settings adjustments.

That’s reassuring. I may eventually move to 1440p, but I’m staying with my current monitors for now.
