Which CPU and GPU should I choose for AI/ML and high-end gaming under 6,000 AED?

I'm planning to build a PC with a maximum budget of 6,000 AED. I'll mainly use it for AI/ML tasks and high-end gaming, so I'm unsure whether to choose Intel or AMD. I'm comparing options such as the Core i5 and i7 against the Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7, but I don't need the much more expensive Core i9 or Ryzen 9. For the graphics card, I'm currently considering an RTX 4070 Super or RTX 5060 Ti, although I'm open to better suggestions. Which CPU and GPU combination would offer the best balance of gaming performance, productivity, and value?

The best CPU depends on how much of your workload is productivity versus gaming. AMD’s X3D processors are especially attractive for gaming, while Intel’s Core Ultra 5 250K Plus could be worth considering if your AI/ML and other productivity tasks are more important. Compare the full platform cost, including the motherboard, RAM, and cooling, rather than only comparing processor names.

For AI/ML, sticking with NVIDIA is sensible because CUDA support is widely used. The RTX 4070 Super would be a strong choice if you can find it at a good price, and it may offer more practical performance than a newer midrange card depending on local pricing. You could also check whether an RTX 4070 Ti or Ti Super, or another card with more VRAM, fits within the 6,000 AED total budget. Make sure you reserve enough money for a reliable power supply, cooling, and a decent motherboard.

That’s useful to know. I’ll compare the complete build cost and pay attention to VRAM and CUDA support instead of choosing only by the GPU model number.

For gaming, AMD’s X3D chips are usually the strongest choice in this price range. A Ryzen 7 7800X3D would be a great high-end option if you can fit it into the budget with an AM5 motherboard and DDR5 memory. If you want to spend less, a Ryzen 7 5700X3D can still deliver excellent gaming performance, but it uses the older AM4 platform and slower memory.

I’ve been leaning toward AMD, especially a Ryzen 7, so that helps narrow it down.
