One of the ear pads on my Beats headphones has come off. I believe the headphones are covered by a warranty connected to my Apple account, but I'm not sure how to look up the coverage or start a repair. What's the correct process?

Start with Apple’s Beats repair page and select “Get Started.” You can enter the headphone details there to check coverage and begin a service request: https://support.apple.com/beats/repair?services=service
You can also contact Apple Support directly. They should be able to locate the Beats warranty using your Apple account or the headphones’ serial number and explain whether the ear pad damage is covered.
