I'm in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center is currently unavailable. Is anyone else seeing the same issue, or does it seem limited to a particular region or service?

The Admin Center is failing for us, but other services such as Azure, Entra, and Intune are still accessible. Some users can open the portal but can’t load groups or save changes to user accounts.
It appears to be a widespread outage rather than a local issue. People are reporting the same “The service is unavailable” message across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, the western and eastern United States, and parts of the Asia-Pacific region.
It briefly started working again for some users in Australia, but others still couldn’t access it. The incident was associated with Microsoft incident MO1488931, so it looks like a service-side problem rather than an issue with one tenant.
Service Health is also unreliable right now—some people are getting an error there too—so the outage may be making it difficult to view the official status details.
