I accidentally got a few drops of water on my laptop when my roommate walked in with a leaking bucket and it dripped onto the hinge, keyboard, and screen. I quickly closed my laptop and used a dryer to blow air into the vents and keyboard. I'm worried about whether there's any risk of damage. What else should I do to ensure it's fine? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! My laptop is a Lenovo with a 12th gen i5-12450H processor.

I spilled a full bottle of orange juice on my laptop once and it still works! Just make sure to keep it turned off for a couple of hours to dry out. Use some paper towels and let it sit. As long as it's off and you don’t use it while wet, it should be fine!
If you're not experiencing any problems now, you're likely in the clear. If anything starts acting weird, consider sending it for repairs just to be safe. But if it’s running fine, you might have just dodged a bullet!
So far, everything seems fine! I ran a benchmark test just to be sure, and it worked great.
I hope I'm as lucky as you are!
