I was gaming on Expedition 33 when the power went out. After it returned, I tried to play again, but my GPU isn't displaying anything and the fans aren't running, though the RGB lights are still on. My motherboard doesn't show any warning lights, and I tested the HDMI cable by plugging it into the motherboard, which works fine. I also checked the RAM through task manager and did the Windows memory diagnostic, both confirmed my 32 GB is functioning. What else should I investigate to troubleshoot this? I'm not very experienced with this kind of issue.

First off, sorry to hear about your GPU troubles! Since the power went out, it's possible your GPU got a surge. Try reseating the GPU in its slot; sometimes, a loose connection can cause issues like this. Also, check if the power connector from your PSU to the GPU is snug. If it’s still not working, testing with another PSU could help identify if the original one might have been affected by the outage.
Make sure that your motherboard's video outputs aren't disabled in the BIOS since you're able to get a display through the motherboard. If not, consider checking if your GPU is detected in the device manager. If it’s not listed, that’s a big red flag. Lastly, confirm that your PSU has enough power for the GPU since high-performance ones can sometimes require a lot.
I second this! If the GPU isn’t recognized at all, it could be toast. Hope it’s not, but fingers crossed it’s just a connection issue!
I had a similar situation once, and reseating the GPU did the trick for me! Definitely give that a shot.
