Hi everyone! I'm a recent BCA graduate currently working in a service-based company in a support role. I'm really interested in diving into the world of DevOps, and I'm seeking your advice on how to get started and any resources that might be helpful for my journey. I have access to Pluralsight and Cloud Guru through my company, so if anyone knows of specific courses or materials on those platforms, I'd love to hear your suggestions. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Honestly, the timing might not be great for jumping into DevOps right now. A few years back, the market was booming, but nowadays it feels a bit weaker, and there are fewer job openings. I often interview candidates, and a lot of them don’t have the necessary experience. Typically, it helps to have a solid background in development or IT for about 5-10 years before moving into DevOps. Maybe consider getting some experience in those fields first? Sorry to sound negative, but I just wanted to share the reality.
Wow, that's tough to hear. So is it really that hard for freshers to find roles in DevOps nowadays?
I hear you, but I just landed a job in DevOps despite the challenges. Not everyone has the typical path, and sometimes it's about finding the right opportunity.
