My New Windows 11 PC Keeps Freezing—Any Ideas?

I recently got a prebuilt Windows 11 PC (Asus Tower with a 4060 GPU) about a month ago, and I've been faced with a frustrating issue where it freezes randomly. There doesn't seem to be any pattern related to my activities when it freezes. It doesn't show a blue screen or shut down; everything just disconnects, and it appears the computer is still functioning. After rebooting, the logs don't show any errors. I've already tried a bunch of fixes, like fixing corrupted files, reseating the RAM, updating BIOS, disabling overclocking, installing new drivers, and power cycling the system. I'm not sure what to do next and have been advised to seek professional help, but since the freezing is inconsistent, I wanted to try my luck here before spending potentially $100. Any suggestions would be super helpful!

It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky issue. Have you tried to check for any dump files from crash reports? If you can boot into Windows normally or into Safe Mode, look for files in C:WindowsMinidump. Collect any you find, zip them up, and upload them to a file-sharing service so that we can analyze them. The dump files can give us a better idea of what's causing the freezes. Also, it might help to follow this guide to ensure you're getting the right type of memory dumps in the future!

You should monitor your PSU (Power Supply Unit) voltages and your motherboard temperatures using a tool like HWInfo64. It's important to see if there's a difference in stability when your system is idle versus under load. Sometimes, voltage issues can cause freezing but won't show clear errors. Let me know what you find!

I haven't checked the voltages yet, but the temps seem pretty stable when I look at them.
