I'm wondering if my airflow setup is effective. Currently, I have three intake fans in the front, one intake fan at the bottom, one intake at the top, one exhaust fan at the top, and one exhaust fan at the back. Does this configuration work well, or would it be better to make some changes?

You might want to consider changing your top fan to an exhaust only. This can help improve airflow by pushing out hot air that's rising up in the case.
One thing to think about is how your bottom fan pulls air into the PSU area and how the fan under the GPU draws in that fresh air. If the top fan is pulling air in, you might still want to rethink that to allow better overall airflow. Maybe check if changing it to exhaust would help!
Thanks for the insight! With the setup I have, would it still be worth changing that top fan to exhaust?
