I've started experiencing an issue recently—specifically after the Windows 11 update on April 25 (KB5055627). After migrating local accounts to domain accounts, I've noticed that the profiles keep "flickering" constantly upon login. This only seems to affect the migrated profiles; others logging in with their domain accounts or local accounts do not have this problem. I suspect it might be a registry issue, but my IT knowledge is pretty basic. Temporarily ending the Windows Explorer process seems to help for a bit, but the flickering returns either on its own or once I log out and back in. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any solutions or alternatives to Profwiz?

I have the flickering on three different computers. It’s frustrating for sure! Have you tried uninstalling that update (KB5055627) to see if it makes a difference?
I'm seeing the same flickering issue on a migrated computer. It's like a glitch that just won't go away. Definitely seems linked to the update because my other accounts have no problems. You're not alone in this!
I'm dealing with this too! We migrated four profiles before the update without any issues, but three profiles after have this annoying flicker. Just a thought—did you check the Event Viewer for any errors that pop up during the flickering?
I haven’t looked at the Event Viewer yet. That’s a good idea! I'll check if there are any related errors there.
