I've got a server that's crucial for our management team to access key systems at our company. It's currently using a public IP from our ISP, through which they connect to various applications. Unfortunately, the ISP has reported some outages, and I'm looking for a temporary solution since we operate 24/7. This is actually my first post on here, and I'm the sole network admin for a security company, inheriting just a few passwords and IPs to manage everything. If you need more info, just let me know!

If your server is directly exposed to the internet without any security in front of it, that's pretty risky. Ideally, you'd want to have a secured environment; maybe look into a different provider or network solution to get it online. It'll help avoid this kind of hassle in the future.
Sounds like a rough spot! The best immediate solution is to connect directly to the server if you can physically access it. If not, a 5G backup option could work, setting it up on failover in your firewall. Keep in mind though, that IP might change, but at least you'd get back online until the ISP fixes their issues.
This is a classic case for having redundancy in your network setup. Consider getting a second ISP for failover or a different server on another network. It's a pain, but having a failover solution can save you in situations like this.
