I've recently started using ChatGPT, and it's already made a huge difference in my life. I'm finding it helpful for processing trauma and getting relationship advice. As someone with ADHD, I'm struggling with task paralysis and have a ton of tasks written on post-it notes. I'm looking for suggestions on how I can effectively use ChatGPT to manage these tasks and make them more manageable. Anyone else with ADHD had success using ChatGPT for this kind of thing?

You might want to try typing out all your tasks from those post-it notes and asking ChatGPT to help you create a more organized to-do list. It can suggest ways to break down those overwhelming tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces. I've had it come up with a daily schedule for me, and it helped a lot!

Consider setting up a task management system with ChatGPT. It can assist you in organizing your tasks and make everything feel way less daunting.

Yeah, I’ve done similar things with task lists, and it definitely helps! Breaking it down really works for me.
