I've been having trouble with my HP ZBook 15 G5 laptop battery. It's currently stuck at 57% and when I tried to fully charge it, it just dropped to 45%. The laptop isn't old, and the battery seems to be in good shape. I've already updated the BIOS. Is there any way to fix this, or should I just go ahead and buy a new battery? If a replacement is needed, can you recommend a good battery to get?

Have you thought about recalibrating your battery? That could help, especially if you haven’t done it yet.
You might want to try forcing the battery to fully drain by keeping your laptop running. After that, try charging it again. If that doesn't do the trick, go into Device Manager, expand the batteries section, disable each battery device, then re-enable them. After that, close the manager and restart your laptop instead of shutting it down.
If you have a multimeter available, checking the output voltage of your power adapter can be helpful too. If not, trying out a different charger was a good move.
