Hey everyone! I'm working with my team to set some OKRs and we're aiming to add more business value through our DevOps and Cloud initiatives. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the main pain points you've encountered in 2025. Are there specific industries that are facing more challenges? Also, what kind of DevOps-driven solutions do you think could help business teams more effectively? Any insights or links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Cost savings and optimization have become huge topics this year. Companies are really focusing on how to cut costs while still improving their processes.
I think one of the biggest challenges is the developers themselves and some ineffective team leadership. It's frustrating when the team dynamics aren’t right!
A big issue is jumping into Kubernetes and microservices too soon. Some teams aren't ready for that kind of complexity, and it can lead to bigger problems down the line.
One major pain point I've noticed is the struggle with integrating human input into pipelines when many people seem to offer less value than free AI chatbots. It's becoming a real challenge!
Why do you think so many companies rush into this?
