I shut down my PC overnight and when I turned it back on the next day, my SATA SSD started running at 100% usage constantly. I've tried disabling indexing and Sysmain, but nothing seems to work. My PC specs include an i7 14700k, RX 7800 XT, MSI 760m Plus Wifi, Corsair DDR5 6000MHz RAM, a PNY 480GB SATA SSD, and a WD Blue SN570 1TB. Is my SATA drive nearing its end? If so, how can I transfer my Windows installation to the other SSD?

Definitely check your SSD's health using CrystalDiskInfo. It can give you a good idea of whether it's failing or not.
You should run CrystalDiskInfo to check the health of your SSD. Also, try using Process Explorer to find out which specific process is causing the disk I/O issue. If the SSD is nearing failure, you can use Macrium Reflect to clone your OS to the WD Blue NVMe. Just make sure to set it as the primary boot device in the BIOS after cloning.
