Has anyone noticed Claude Code being lazy with tasks lately?

I've been experiencing an issue with Claude Code where it tends to just stop mid-task, even when there are clear instructions on what to do next. Today seemed particularly bad, as it wouldn't proceed without me confirming the actions multiple times. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Same issue here! It laid out the plan for the next steps but just... halted. No messages or anything, it felt a bit strange.

Exactly! It seems to happen randomly, like it's paused for no reason.

I noticed it too—it began generating documents outlining what I needed to implement a new feature but then just stalled. It's as if it's unsure of what to do.

This honestly feels like a bug. A lot of users seem to be reporting similar issues, and I think the devs need to take a closer look at this.

I've experienced that as well. It just stops without any indication that it’s finished. The timer even disappears during these moments.

Yeah, I've seen that too! Today it listed out what it intended to do but then just stopped. I had to approve the actions multiple times just to get it to continue. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's definitely frustrating.
