I just got a new PC, and while my old one had no issues with download speeds, this new one is performing terribly. During speed tests, I get only 9.63 Mbps, while my phone pulls in a whopping 508 Mbps. This is making it impossible to download any games since they require large file sizes. I've tried using an ethernet connection which did boost speeds a bit, but it's still significantly slower than my phone. I've also switched DNS servers and temporarily disabled my firewalls and antivirus. Is there anything else that could be causing this problem?

Is your PC's power plan set to High Performance? This can sometimes affect how network adapters perform. Also, if you have any laptops, try connecting them to ethernet and see if they experience the same slow speeds.
If you're using wifi, make sure your adapter is connected to the 5GHz band (802.11ac), not the slower 2.4GHz band. If possible, stick to ethernet to narrow down the issue.
Try disabling IPv6 on your network adapter and switch to IPv4 only. Some users have reported that this helped boost their download speeds.
