Help! Stuck in Google Nonprofit Account Transfer Nightmare

I'm in a tough spot trying to manage a transition within Google Nonprofits after a rebranding. As a volunteer board member for a nonprofit, I took on the responsibility of giving Nonprofit B a complete makeover, including a new name and domain. However, the previous nonprofit (Nonprofit A) still has an active Google Nonprofit account linked to an old admin who has not been helpful in facilitating the transition. I've faced a deadlock with Google for over two months, where they keep insisting that the old account is blocking us from accessing our nonprofit benefits. I've provided numerous documents verifying our name change and even submitted requests to have access transferred, but Google keeps telling me to either get the original admin to grant me access or start a new request. It's become a real mess with potential signs of account compromise. I'm looking for any advice from others who have experienced similar issues, particularly with account migrations or possibly hacked accounts. Any tips on reaching someone at Google who can help?

You might be able to take control of the old account by proving ownership through DNS records. However, since you have a new domain, that could complicate things unless you have access to the old domain. Google really needs to be proactive about checking that, but you have to get their attention first!

Yeah, without access to the old domain records, it could be a tough road. The important part is to keep pushing Google for help, they sometimes look into ownership disputes if you can definitely show there's a link there.
