My Laptop’s Hard Drive is Locked – Need Help Booting from USB

I recently faced a huge issue after mistakenly entering my OTP for Microsoft somewhere I shouldn't have, losing access to my account. As a result, my laptop got locked by an administrator, and now I'm unable to log in. Honestly, I don't have anything vital on there that I can't part with, so I attempted a factory reset, but it wouldn't let me do so. I tried to reboot Windows using a USB, managed to get the files onto the USB, but now it's refusing to boot from it, and it seems like my hard drive is blocked. Is there any way I can resolve this without going to a professional? I hope I'm explaining this clearly because I'm a bit lost with all this. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Your best bet might be to attempt a fresh install of Windows. Try deleting all partitions during a custom install process. This might help bypass whatever is blocking you from accessing your drive.

I did try that, but it looks like there aren’t any drivers showing up for me to install Windows onto.
