I'm experiencing a problem where Bing search suggestions and other text inputs are displaying in Chinese, even though I'm on Windows 10. It also changes punctuation symbols like :, ,, ., !, and ?. This issue mainly affects anything with a chatbox. I've tried running a Windows offline scan, but it only resolves the problem temporarily. Can anyone help me with a more permanent solution?

It sounds like this could be linked to language or region settings in Windows. Here's a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
1. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language and ensure English is at the top. Check the keyboard options and make sure US QWERTY is selected.
2. For regional settings, go to Settings > Time & Language > Region and set it according to your location.
3. Then, navigate to Additional date, time, and regional settings > Region > Administrative tab. From there, you can change the system locale to English.
Finally, check if there are any Chinese language packs or keyboards installed and remove those. If the issue persists, it might be a corrupt user profile or some malware, and we might need to run DISM and SFC scans to fix it.
I haven't noticed these suggestions yet. I'm going to give it more time to see if it resolves! My PC's locale was previously set to Chinese, so that may have affected it. Thanks for the tips!
Unfortunately, it's still happening after trying those steps. Any other ideas?
