I'm looking to upgrade my laptop setup for gaming at home. I've got an extra monitor and my laptop has a Thunderbolt port. I plan to get an additional 1 TB of storage, so that won't be an issue. My idea is to get an external GPU so I can connect it to my laptop when I'm gaming. What do I need to run games smoothly, and are there any recommendations for the setup? Thanks in advance!

You can definitely use an external graphics card enclosure to connect a GPU to your laptop. Just make sure your Thunderbolt port can handle it, as that’s crucial for performance. It’s a solid way to bring gaming capability to your laptop!
Do those enclosures require any special connections, or can they plug directly into the Thunderbolt port?
