If you have access to another computer, consider using an HDD enclosure. You can connect your hard drive to another PC and back up any important files. After that, you can do a clean wipe and reinstall Windows to start fresh.
It sounds like you're dealing with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). If your PC can boot into Windows or even into Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. These files can help diagnose what caused the crash. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site. Having multiple dump files is ideal for a deeper analysis!
Also, if you can't see any dump files or access Safe Mode, you might need to try booting from a recovery drive. There are a few methods online for creating one if you have another working computer.
