How do I install Windows on a new PC without drivers?

I'm trying to set up Windows on a new PC using an 8 GB flash drive with the installer created through the Media Creation Tool. However, when I start the installation, it says no drivers are detected. I've heard it's possible to put the necessary drivers on the same flash drive, but I'm not sure which ones I need. My motherboard is the ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus WiFi, and there are multiple drivers available on their website. Can anyone guide me on what I should do?

Instead of worrying about drivers right now, you might just want to plug in an ethernet cable. That way, you can get online and the installer can automatically find the drivers you need.

There’s a key combo you can use during the WiFi setup that might help, but I can’t remember it exactly. I had to do this a few months back. Someone mentioned using Shift + F10 for a command prompt trick, but it might not work on the latest builds. Just be aware of that!

I had a similar issue with ASUS boards before. Sometimes they don't list the right drivers, and it can be frustrating. If you're really stuck, switching to a different board might save you some headaches!

Have you tried bypassing Windows' internet requirements during the installation? If you need WiFi, you can download the WiFi drivers on another device, then transfer them to your PC to install. If you're using a dedicated GPU, make sure you download its latest drivers too!
