Is it safe to enable XMP if I’m having crashes in Warzone?

I just built a new PC with a 32 GB DDR5, Ryzen 7800X3D, and a 4070 Super. I'm experiencing crashes while playing Warzone, even though I have all my settings on low and everything is optimized properly. Should I enable XMP (or EXPO, since I'm using AMD) to see if it helps, or is that risky?

You should definitely be using EXPO for AMD CPUs, not XMP, which is usually for Intel. Enabling EXPO can help improve stability and performance, so it might be worth a shot!

If you already have XMP or EXPO enabled, try turning it off to see if that stops the crashing. Sometimes it can lead to instability, especially in certain games. It’s worth testing!

I had it off and was still crashing. Do you think I should switch it on and test it out?
