I recently upgraded my PC and performed a reset because it was acting strangely with the new upgrades. Now, I'm stuck in a situation where Windows is asking me for a PIN to log into an account that doesn't exist anymore. Every time I try, I get an error stating 'user profile cannot be loaded'. I have Windows on a flash drive, but all the guides I find suggest resetting it with Windows included, and I don't see that option. It only offers to reinstall Windows from the local drive or cloud, but the cloud option isn't working. I'm looking for advice on how to wipe everything clean and perform a fresh install of Windows from my flash drive.

It seems like you might not be booting from the USB drive correctly. Make sure you have the USB plugged in and then restart your computer. You may need to enter the BIOS/UEFI setup (usually by pressing F2, F12, DEL, or ESC during startup) to change the boot order so that it prioritizes the USB drive over the hard drive. Once you boot from the USB, you should see options to install Windows from there.
If you're looking to wipe the drive, you can format the C: drive. To do that, you’ll need to boot from your Windows flash drive. Once you’re in the Windows setup, select 'Repair your computer', then go to 'Troubleshoot' > 'Advanced options' > 'Command Prompt'. From there, you can type `diskpart` to access the Disk Partition tool and use `format C:` to wipe the drive. Just make sure to back up any important data first!
