How can I increase my VRAM usage for gaming?

I just finished building my PC and set everything up. However, when I started playing Destiny 2, I noticed that I only have 488MB of VRAM showing, which seems way too low. I've got an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT that should have 20GB of VRAM, paired with a B650 Gaming X AV V2 motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 7 processor. Is there a way to get more VRAM to use?

You shouldn't have to do much to increase VRAM; the game should automatically allocate what it needs when everything is set up correctly. If you're still seeing those low numbers, just verify your connections and drivers. If you've connected everything right and still have issues, there could be a deeper problem with the setup.

Another thing to check is whether Destiny 2 is actually using your dedicated GPU instead of the integrated graphics. If your GPU is really showing less than 500MB, then something might be off with the hardware or your drivers. If everything is connected properly and up to date, it should handle much more VRAM than that!
