I'm having a major issue with my Anthropic subscription. They've been charging my credit card $106.60 every other day, and it's added up to a shocking TWELVE charges this month, totaling $1279.20! I've tried reaching out to their support multiple times since May 9, but I haven't received any response yet. Has anyone else faced similar problems or found a better way to get in touch with support?

Seems like their subscription system might be a bit wonky. I’ve heard similar complaints about multiple charges lately. Just keep following up with support, it might take a bit of time for them to sort it out.
