Why is my CPU spiking to 100% for no reason?

I've been struggling with an issue where my CPU usage randomly spikes to 100%, even when I'm not doing anything demanding. It's been happening for about a week now, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I've checked the temperatures, and they seem fine, but I'm at a loss and can't find any patterns. Is there anything specific I should look into?

I noticed that the processes that usually spike for me are often the ones I'm currently using, like browsers or games. They could be running background tasks that you might not be aware of.

Have you tried checking your task manager? It can help you identify which processes are hogging your CPU. You can sort the list by CPU usage to see what's going on.
