I've been diving into voice AI lately, but I feel like so much of it is geared towards NSFW or role-play. What I'm really looking for is a model that I can use to brainstorm ideas and have casual conversations. I've heard of options like ChatGPT Voice, Copilot Voice, Pi, and Gemini Live. I also came across Replika and Kindroid, but again, those aren't what I'm after. Are there any other advanced voice models I should consider?

Have you checked out Dia AI by Nari Labs? It's a newer model created by just two folks. It’s quite impressive!
Just a heads up, it's more about text-to-speech, not full conversational AI.
I'm also on the lookout for advanced options, especially for language learning. Having something that can adjust its speed and correct errors would be super helpful!
When you say advanced, are you referring to the audio quality or how lifelike the conversations are? For audio quality, I've found Sesame to be top-notch, especially for crossing that uncanny valley. It's powered by Llama, and the results are impressive!
It's surprising they haven't dropped a mobile version yet.
Sesame really is something else! But can it work well for language learning?
Just tried Dia AI, and it's fantastic! It even picks up on emotional nuances. Thanks for the tip!
