Help with Cloning and Partition Issues on New Drive

I cloned a 120GB drive to a 512GB drive, but now the partition shows up as 119GB. I thought merging the partitions would help, but when I checked Disk Manager, it only sees it as a 489GB drive. The original drive had data, and using a different partition manager shows there are actually two partitions—one being unallocated. However, I can't find a third-party tool that lets me merge them. I'm trying to upgrade storage for my modded PS Vita, and both drives are formatted as exFAT. If you need any pictures for clarity, just let me know! Thanks for the help!

You might not actually need to merge the partitions. If the unallocated space is right next to the used one, try deleting the unallocated one and expanding the used partition instead.

But in Disk Manager, I can't see that additional partition at all; it shows just a regular 512GB drive instead.
