Looking for Alternatives to Devolutions RDM

Hey everyone! We've been using Devolutions RDM along with Dev.Password Hub for a long time now, and it's been fantastic. However, I'm on the hunt for alternatives. The issue is that our current contract for unlimited users for three years cost us about $9,000, but I've just received a new quote for a user-based subscription, and it's going to hit around $35,000 for just one year! Over three years, that totals nearly $90,000 compared to what we paid in 2022. Does anyone have suggestions for similar tools that might be more budget-friendly? Thanks!

How many users are you dealing with? I assume it's a big team considering the costs involved.

If you're looking for an alternative, check out Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Connection Manager [link](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/rdcman). It's not cloud-based, but it's a solid option. Though I know you prefer something central and accessible to everyone!

I appreciate the suggestion, but a central cloud solution would be ideal for our team.

Wow, that's quite a jump in price! I totally get your pain. We're also heavily reliant on Devolutions, and I heard rumors they might have been acquired by Broadcom, although I'm not sure how that affects pricing. Have you looked into any other options?

Mobaxterm is another tool to consider! It's decent for certain use cases, but again, it may not tick all your boxes if you're looking for cloud compatibility.
