Why Does PowerShell Open Automatically on Startup and How Can I Identify the Cause?

I've noticed that every time I boot up my computer, PowerShell launches by itself. It appears in the task manager and even though I try to end the task, it doesn't work; it stays active for about 8 seconds, using around 12MB of memory, then just disappears. I'm curious to know if there's a way to find out what's causing this to happen. Should I be worried, or is it likely benign? I've already disabled all startup applications, but it still starts up anyway. I've also run thorough scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender multiple times, and both haven't detected any issues. So far, everything seems fine on my end—no strange activity or stolen passwords—but this behavior is unsettling. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried using Autoruns? It's a great utility that shows all the programs set to run on startup. If PowerShell is listed there, you can actually disable it from starting up with your PC.

I did try Autoruns, but it didn't show anything related to PowerShell. I'm not sure where else to look.
