I'm looking for managed Kubernetes services based in the EU that can handle both Linux and Windows nodes in the same cluster. Does anyone know of options that support this configuration?

For the big players, both AWS EKS and Azure AKS support Windows nodes. Red Hat OpenShift is another option you can consider, and it can be deployed in various cloud contexts, including hyperscalers or on-prem.
The obvious go-to is Azure AKS. It’s really popular for running Windows nodes, and it’s well-supported.
Don't forget about AWS EKS! They support Windows nodes too, although there are some caveats. Check their documentation for specifics!
Just to add, I’ve been running Windows nodes in GCP's GKE, and it works well. Definitely a solid choice if you're exploring options.
You might want to check out Scaleway. They offer Kubernetes solutions, but I'm not entirely sure about their Windows support. It could be worth reaching out to them for more details!
