I'm having trouble with the camera on my HP laptop running Windows 11. The camera isn't recognized like it should be; instead, it appears under libusb-win32 devices as 'HP TrueVision HD Camera (Interface 0)'. My laptop was previously used for programming, and the last person who had it used software called Zadig, which changed the driver type to something generic. I've tried downloading and installing the correct driver from the HP website, but nothing has changed. Is there a way to reverse this issue and get my camera working again?

You might want to try uninstalling that generic driver from your Device Manager and then searching for the HP driver again. Sometimes, just removing it can help restore the original driver you need for your camera.
