I've got this annoying small dot in the center of my screen that matches my cursor's color, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've searched everywhere on Google, but no luck! If you need to see what I'm dealing with, here's a screenshot: [link to image]. Can anyone help me out?

Some gaming monitors have a built-in crosshair feature for helping with aiming in games. You might just need to fiddle with the monitor settings to switch it off.
It sounds like that dot might be coming from your monitor settings. Try checking the actual buttons on your monitor instead of your computer's settings; that might be where the crosshair feature is toggled on or off.
I actually couldn't see any dot in your screenshot, but maybe it's just not capturing it. Have you tried adjusting the brightness or contrast? Sometimes that can make it less visible.
