How can I transfer my ChatGPT conversation data to a new chat?

I'm currently using the free version of ChatGPT on my phone to get advice on how to win over a girl I like. It seems to be slowly working, but I hit a roadblock today. I received an error stating that the conversation has reached its limits and that I need to start a new chat. The problem is, starting a new chat means I will lose all the context and information from my previous conversation, which I really don't want to do. Is there any way to transfer the conversation data so I can avoid losing everything?

Have you tried asking ChatGPT for a summary of your conversation? You might be able to copy and paste it into the new chat, which could help you retain some important points. Just let it know what you need a summary of, and see if it can give you a quick recap! That way, even if you start fresh, you'll have the key details handy.

Maybe try to summarize it manually if you can? It could be a hassle, but it might save you some trouble.

I asked for a summary, but it said my saved memory is full. Guess that's not gonna work for me.
