I recently found a 65" LED UHD 4K TV with a resolution of 3840x2160, and I'm curious about its picture quality. Most of the better TVs I've seen cost around $2000, but this one was much cheaper—less than half that price. I don't know much about TVs, so I want to know if it's good enough to watch from about 4 meters (13 feet) away. Any insights?

The picture quality can depend heavily on the brand and the internal hardware, particularly the CPU. Lesser-known brands like TCL and Hisense might not perform as well since they use cheaper components. Do you have a model number? Also, in some regions, you could find better deals; for instance, I’ve seen 70-inch LED TVs for about $1500. $2000 for a 65-inch seems a bit steep!
The expensive ones I looked at were OLED models, but mine is an off-brand that uses VIDAA, similar to Hisense. Speed isn't my main concern; I just want good picture and sound. The model is SA65K79VDA from SABA.
