Is anyone else struggling to get the right results with this tool?

I've just started using this subscription service and honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated. I wanted to be among the first to access updates and new models, but the experience has been a letdown. It's not at all what I was expecting based on all the hype and recommendations I read before signing up.

I've been trying to use it more and more as my needs have grown, but no matter how clear and specific I try to be in my requests, the outputs often seem random and useless. I've double-checked all my settings and made every customization possible, yet I keep running into issues. For instance, it correctly knows my location but often gets the time wrong, translates things as summaries instead, and defaults to the wrong voice even though I've set it.

I've even reached out to support, but after being advised to start over—I lost important memories—I still see no improvement. What could possibly be going wrong here?

I totally get where you're coming from! Even when I phrase my questions clearly, it feels like I have to keep clarifying to finally get an answer. I hesitated to create an account because I didn't feel the responses were reliable enough. Lately, I've seen some improvements, but it's still not quite there for me.

You're definitely not alone in this! Many people have reported similar issues. It seems like the tool sometimes behaves unpredictably, especially with different types of requests. I’ve tried using it for various tasks like coding and job searching, but it often just gives random answers. One time, I asked it for help with scheduling, and it totally got the time wrong! It's really frustrating when you're looking for consistent help and it feels like starting fresh every time.

Wow, that’s frustrating! I’ve noticed weird behavior too, like when I ask in English and it replies in a different language. It’s like it just ignores the instructions! I've tried switching between different functions and models to see what works best, but it still misses the mark a lot. If you figure out how to get it to work, let me know!
