I've noticed that my CPU temperature is spiking over 90°C right after startup, even before I run any tasks. The room temperature here is around 40°C, and although I've replaced the thermal paste, the issue persists. Is this temperature typical for a hot environment like Pakistan? Could it be a problem with my CPU fan, or is it more likely a software issue?

Have you checked what CPU and cooler you're using? Knowing the specific model can really help diagnose the problem. Sometimes certain coolers just can't handle the heat very well—especially in hot climates!
I have an Intel stock cooler too, but I think it might struggle under these heat conditions.
