Looking for a Free AI Detector for My Thesis

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of writing my thesis and I've relied a lot on AI tools like ChatGPT and Grok. Before I submit my work through Turnitin, I want to make sure it doesn't get flagged for being AI-generated. I'm hoping to find a reliable, free AI detector that can help me identify sections that might need more human touch. Any recommendations?

Just curious, what specific parts did you use AI for? I relied on it mainly to help with sourcing articles and refining my arguments before presenting them to my advisor. That way, I felt confident when discussing the material!

I used it for generating ideas and improving my writing flow. But now I need to make it more personal and less AI-sounding.

Totally relatable! I've used AI to gather research and feedback too. It’s super helpful, but I understand your concerns about getting flagged. One thing you might want to try is to rephrase some of the sections that sound too robotic after running them through the detector. Engaging in discussions with peers can also help to humanize your writing further.

It sounds like you really want to get this right! While there are several AI detectors out there, many of them have limitations on free usage. I’d recommend checking out tools like OpenAI's AI Text Classifier or Content Detector by CopyLeaks. They offer free checks, which should give you a decent idea if your work seems AI-generated. Just remember to review and humanize the parts that might raise a flag! Good luck with your thesis!

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll definitely give those a try.
