Help! My Apps Won’t Download or Update

I've encountered a frustrating issue today where my apps just won't download or update on my iPhone. It seems like everything related to Apple has been a bit off lately. Whenever I try to access the App Store, any action, like purchasing, results in a "can't connect" message. It's mainly the social media apps that are giving me the most trouble—when I attempt to download them, the process starts but then just stops. On top of that, I've noticed my phone doesn't respond properly to commands, like when I try to stop screen recordings; the screenshot box tends to linger for an unusually long time. This problem started earlier today, and after reaching out to support, they suggested that I take my phone in for service. Here's what I've already tried: restarting my phone, logging out of my Apple ID and other services, attempting updates (which I can't get through), running diagnostics (everything seemed fine), and just leaving it idle for a while. Any ideas on what I can do?

Consider doing a full wipe of your device using a Mac or Windows computer and then restore it from a backup. That might clear up any lingering issues. Just make sure to transfer your important files first!

So, I would need to back everything up to my Windows PC and do a hard reset? Any good video tutorials on that? I’m not exactly a tech wizard.
