Hey everyone! I started having an issue today where my apps just won't download or update on my iPhone. It seems like my phone has been acting up lately, especially with anything related to Apple. Whenever I try to do something in the App Store, like make a purchase, I keep getting a "can't connect" error. When I attempt to download a new app, it just spins for a moment and then stops completely. I've noticed that it's mostly the social media apps that refuse to cooperate. On top of that, my phone's screen recordings won't stop when I tell them to; sometimes the screenshot box sticks around for a good 15 seconds! This all started happening today, and I've already reached out to support, but they suggested I take it in for a check-up. Here's what I've tried so far:
- Restarted my phone
- Log out of Apple and attempted various purchases
- Tried updating but nothing worked
- Ran diagnostics – everything seemed fine
- Just left it alone for a bit

First off, can you let us know what iPhone model you’re using and what iOS version you’re on? It might help to try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network if you can. Also, have you thought about resetting your network settings? Just a heads-up, doing that will wipe out any saved Wi-Fi networks, so you’ll need to reconnect to them afterwards.
Have you considered doing a complete wipe of your phone using a Mac or Windows PC? You can then restore everything from a backup afterwards. It might sound tricky, but it can help solve deeper issues if nothing else works.
